Use P2Connct to store your contracts and supplier documents and be on top of when they expire and who can see them.
"Having supplier documents where your users need them supports increased compliance, provides transparency and a good user experience. Empower people with relevant information and make it easier for them to be compliant",
Anders Lassen, Founder - P2Connct

Supplier documents can be viewed by the user group you decide should see them.
For us, supplier documents encompass everything from MSAs, SOW templates, NDAs, certificates, and pricing sheets, and not every document should be visible to end users. However, some documents are crucial to be easily accessible, so your end users can better self-serve when searching for a supplier or need to place an order.
When you add a supplier document to P2Connct, you define whether it should be searchable and visible to all end users or only to the contract owners. The owner(s) of the category where the supplier belongs in will automatically be assigned as the owner of the document - and of course also be able to see and maintain the document.
In principle, no. If you are solely looking for a CLM platform with an extended tool to manage contracts and even send for signature, P2Connct is not the platform for you.
P2Connct should be viewed as a complementary tool to your CLM, where end users reside and work. This means that you can use P2Connct to store and show contracts while tracking expiration and renewals through the Document Insight page, making it easy for the contract owners to see how many documents are assigned to each location, supplier and category, and see which document is going to expired in the next period. They will even get email notifications in advance to not miss out of a renewal.
If you have simpler needs, and don't need the full power of an expensive CLM platform, then P2Connct will definitely work for you, as you get important features from the CLM world while connecting them to the intake and ordering process where your end users should work.
Part of our vision is to bring more transparency to end users and Procurement, and bring the social elements of ratings and feedback from the consumer world into the corporate world.
When users create an order in P2Connct, they will, after the confirmation, be asked to leave feedback and rate the supplier. This is done for several dimensions and will contribute to two main points:
1. Let other users know what to expect and what to be aware of when before dealing with a specific supplier, and also fluently provide relevant information back to Procurement on supplier behaviour that needs to be addressed or commended.
2. For Procurement to move beyond only bringing spend data and transactional data into supplier dialogues and instead enrich these facts with ratings and perceptions for the supplier to improve on. Bringing personalised feedback into a personalised dialogue.
Start guiding your users in just a few days with our intuitive and easy intake platform, and expand with additional functionalities as needed. From use in your short-lived projects to implementing for your company locations.
